Whatever terminology you may use, our 12-month signature J-1 Hospitality Management Training Programs USA allow you to gain experience in different departments of your choice. Based on your career preferences, you may decide to rotate through various sections of the rooms division, food and beverage or culinary arts department.
We even offer 18-month junior hospitality management roles for those of you who already worked in a supervisory or management position.

Our Hospitality Management Training Programs are available all across the USA; from New York City to Los Angeles and from Chicago to the Florida Keys and dozens of cities in between.Whether you would like to work in a large chain hotel with hundreds of rooms, a luxury life-style hotel in a vibrant city or a farm-to-table award winning restaurant, we have hundreds of host employers to choose from.
Who Can We Help?
You are enrolled in a full-time post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry
OR
You have a hospitality degree from a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution and at least 1 year of recent relevant experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA)
OR
You have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA)
Do I Get Paid?
Stipend will vary by city and depend upon your skills and experience. Generally speaking, you can expect to earn enough to maintain a normal standard of living along with saving some money for travel. To give you an idea: you can expect to gain between $2,000 and $4,000 per month.
