And let's not forget about the backdrop of your training—D.C.! It's a fab city to explore with loads of fun experiences like:

  • The vibrant Cherry Blossom Festival

  • Catching the lively Shamrock Festival in the city

Your training won't just be a grind—it's an adventure!

Placement Remarks

Rate of pay:
GSA/Orientation: $18.50, Supervisor Positions: $20.00 
A uniform will be provided, There is an employee break room for you to bring in your own meals into. A staff meal will not be provided.

You will need to fly into DCA upon your arrival. The Hotel will offer up to 14 days of complimentary housing to cover room and tax. All other expenses are your own. Transportation to the hotel is your own responsibility. 

There is Paid sick leave. You will accrue personal time off after 90 days. 

Salary

$18.50 - $20.00 per hour

The D.C. area is home to a tremendous number of cultural activities to do, especially with regard to history, both nationally and worldwide! World-famous for its historical monuments and cultural landmarks, there are very few cities in The United States that compare in terms of the number of iconic places to see! You can visit the Lincoln MemorialThe White House, and other attractions.

Depending on the location of your housing, a car may not be necessary while living in D.C, where the metro access is quite convenient making travel around the city fairly easy. It is recommended that you get metro passes as soon as you can. It is also an option to live outside the city where the cost of living will be a bit less expensive.
