Placement Remarks

All kitchen staff should bring black undershirts, black socks, black non-slip shoes. We provide hats, pants, jackets, and aprons. 

A complimentary meal is provided in every shift.

Training hours will be 32-40 hours per week. Any hours over 40 will be paid for overtime.

You will accrue 120 hrs. of Paid Time Off.

We are able to accommodate pickups from Dulles International Airport during normal business hours.

The property provides employee housing. We currently have two housing options on property. They are assigned based on arrival.

  • Piedmont, an old farmhouse with 4 bedrooms and an attached apartment. It has central A/C, kitchen, washer, dryer, and is a 5-minute walk from property. 

  • Elk Lodge, our apartment style living. We have three apartments located above our staff cafeteria building. They all share a bathroom, kitchen, and living room. 

  • Our hotel is in a remote area. No public transportation, Uber or Lift, is available in our town. We would recommend getting a car if they are able to.

  • The hotel provides weekly transportation to a nearest city for them to go grocery shopping and/or any other activity.

$16.00 per hour

Requirements

Eligibility criteria for our Career USA programs:

•⁠  ⁠You are enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry OR have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA) OR have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA)

•⁠  ⁠You have shown consistent career growth over the last years

•⁠  ⁠You have shown serious commitment to your most recent employers
