Restaurant Demi Cook - $19/hour
Banquet Demi Cook - $19/hour
Kitchen Lead - $21/hour
Benefits:
Housing available - $250.00 per check, $500.00 monthly
The candidate can choose to stay in the Housing provided by the hotel - will be in a shared cabin a short drive away from the hotel. Each room in the cabin will have two occupants. TV, bathroom, storage. Washer and dryer available.
2 free meals are provided daily (lunch and dinner) - served in the cafeteria.
Uniform provided, but will need to bring own black pants and closed toe shoes.
No knives are needed.
Airport pickup can be arranged if the candidate cannot make accommodations themselves. No pickup will be after 6:00 pm EST. Chattanooga is the preferred airport with Atlanta as 2nd recommendation.
Salary
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Requirements
Eligibility criteria for our Career USA programs:
- You are enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry OR have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA) OR have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA)
- You have shown consistent career growth over the last years
- You have shown serious commitment to your most recent employers

The weather is colder in the Blue Ridge Mountains in the far north, and you even find snow there most years. Average temperatures are between 50 and 60°F in the winter, and in the low 90s at the height of summer.
Transportation:
Residents can also take advantage of taxi services or ride-sharing apps like Uber and Lyft to get around the city. If further travel is desired, a car may need to be rented or purchased. HRC recommends J1 candidates bring at least $3,000 in addition to startup capital in order to help obtain a car and insurance. If a car is purchased insurance is required and can cost around $150 per month.
