Detailed description
As the Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operations of the bar, fostering a warm and welcoming environment for guests, and upholding the high standards synonymous with Gilt Bar. Collaborating closely with the General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and contribute to creating memorable experiences for patrons.
During your time off, take a stroll along the Lakefront Trail for stunning views of Lake Michigan, explore the iconic Millennium Park, or dive into the diverse cultural scene with visits to world-class museums and theaters.

Employee will accrue two weeks of vacation per year, which becomes available after six months of employment. Accrual rate is 3.08 hours per bi-weekly payroll.
Employee will want dress in pants/suit sets. No uniform provided.
J-1 will need to arrange their own transportation to and from the airport.

Eligibility criteria for our Career USA programs:
- You are enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry OR have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA) OR have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA
