A renowned Upstate New York resort is seeking an enthusiastic chef ready to immerse themselves in hands-on culinary development. Build your career as a Demi Chef rotating through Pantry, Butcher, Meat/Grill, and Banquets.
On-site staff housing available!
On days off, take a quick trip to Niagara Falls or discover the National Baseball Hall of Fame.

Uniform is offered but you will need to bring your own non slip shoes, belt, and knives.
A complimentary meal is provided per shift.
Staff housing is provided at $500 month / $125 per week, all utilities included. This is a payroll deduction. There is a $250 refundable deposit if the house is left in good order. Bedrooms and bathrooms are shared. Most of our housing is located within walking distance of the Otesaga. If you are placed in housing that is not located within walking distance, we will provide a shuttle service to and from work at no cost to you. You will also receive one free meal per shift, as well as a 25% discount off in-house services including retail, golf, restaurants, and spa. Closest airport: The property provides transportation pick up from Albany Airport.

Requirements
Eligibility criteria for our Career USA programs:
• You are enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry OR have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA) OR have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA)
• You have shown consistent career growth over the last years
• You have shown serious commitment to your most recent employers
