On your days off, dive into history at the Virginia State Capitol or the American Civil War Museum, and explore art treasures at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. Stroll the cobblestone streets of Shockoe Slip, or shop and dine in the eclectic Carytown district. Thrill-seekers can kayak or paddleboard on the James River, while nature lovers can hike or bike along the Capital Trail. Foodies will love the city’s buzzing farm-to-table dining scene and craft breweries on the Richmond Beer Trail. Salary:
Orientation: $18.00 per hour
Host: $18.00 per hour
Outlets Server: $10.00 per hour + tips
Outlets Supervisor: $20.00 per hour

Meal are not provided, but there is an employee breakroom with complimentary snacks
80 hours of vacation will be accrued + 5 paid sick days + 4 paid personal days. We offer 11 paid federal holidays where (if employee works on the holiday) the employee will get paid their hours worked plus an additional 8 hours.

Requirements
Eligibility criteria for our Career USA programs:
• You are enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry OR have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA) OR have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA)
• You have shown consistent career growth over the last years
• You have shown serious commitment to your most recent employers
