$18.00 per hour
Benefits:
Uniform will be offered.
Employees have access to a cafeteria that provides lunch or dinner, one meal per day.
Any time off is at the discretion of the employer and must be approved beforehand.
The hotel recommends candidates to fly into DFW Airport and take an uber or taxi to the hotel.
The hotel will also provide housing for the first 14 days of the J1's stay in the States until permanent housing is able to be secured.
There is public transportation available, but candidates may choose to purchase a car or other means of transportation if they choose to do so.

Eligibility criteria for our Career USA programs:
• You are enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry OR have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA) OR have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA)
• You have shown consistent career growth over the last years
• You have shown serious commitment to your most recent employers

Housing: Dallas/Plano is affordable in town but on the outskirts it is not. The average apartment starts around $1,700 per month for a one bedroom. You can greatly reduce the cost by looking for a roommate. Please note, without established credit your first and last month’s rent may be required as a deposit. HRC recommends you arrive with at least $2,500 as startup capital and to help secure housing.
Most apartment complex will need a deposit however the deposit amount varies. This they will need to show during the application process)
