Experience the vibrant energy of Washington DC while training at this elegant hotel as a Rooms Candidate.
You’ll rotate through dynamic roles including Front Desk Agent, Housekeeping Supervisor, Sales Coordinator, and Front Desk Supervisor—each offering a unique perspective on hospitality operations.

During your downtime, venture out to explore DC’s legendary sites like The Smithsonian, The National Mall, and The White House!

Salary: $26.87/hr

Benefits:

A complimentary meal is offered at no cost.

The hotel will provide up to 14 days of room and taxes upon your arrival. 

You will need to bring your own black, grey or blue/navy suits.

It is best to fly into Reagan National Airport and take a taxi or uber to the hotel.

*7 months of supervisor experience included!*

Requirements

Eligibility criteria for our Career USA programs:

- You are enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry OR have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA) OR have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA

- You have shown consistent career growth over the last years

- You have shown serious commitment to your most recent employers

World-famous for its historical monuments and cultural landmarks, there are very few cities in The United States that compare in terms of the number of iconic places to see! You can visit the Lincoln MemorialThe White House, and other attractions.

Depending on the location of your housing, a car may not be necessary while living in D.C, where the metro access is quite convenient making travel around the city fairly easy. It is recommended that you get metro passes as soon as you can. It is also an option to live outside the city where the cost of living will be a bit less expensive.
