We’re seeking a skilled J-1 cook eager to grow and train across Banquets, Garde Manger, Meat/Grill Hot Line, and Sauté stations. Come discover the charm of Asheville, where the culinary scene blends farm-to-table excellence with vibrant food truck culture. Outside the kitchen, explore the Blue Ridge Mountains through hiking or whitewater rafting. Asheville offers the perfect mix of nature, art, and unforgettable food experiences.

Upon arrival at the Asheville Airport, please take an Uber or taxi to the hotel. The hotel will provide up to 14 days of accommodations on site. All other expenses are your responsibility.
If in the kitchen, bring your own knives and nonslip shoes.
No paid time off is offered during the 12 months.
Meals are provided on-site.

$19.00 per hour
Requirements
Eligibility criteria for our Career USA programs:
- You are enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry OR have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA) OR have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA)
- You have shown consistent career growth over the last years
- You have shown serious commitment to your most recent employers
