Placement Remarks
Bring own business casual attire. You will be given an allowance for your business attire.
A staff meal is provided complimentary per shift worked.
Candidate starts accruing PTO (paid time off) after 3 months. The accrual amounts to about 10 days per year
Candidate will have to take shuttle or taxi or uber to property upon arrival.
No housing is offered; you must secure temporary housing upon your arrival then secure your own housing on your own.
As a manager you will train at least 32 hours per week but could be up to 50 hours per week based on business needs. Any hours over 40 will result in 1.5 x your hourly salary. On average you will receive 5-8 hours per week over 40 hours. Rate of pay is $25.00 per hour.

Eligibility criteria for our Career USA programs:
• You are enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry OR have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA) OR have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA)
• You have shown consistent career growth over the last years
• You have shown serious commitment to your most recent employers

There is a Transit/ subway that also has a shuttle to the hotel, So if the candidate finds housing on this line, then they do no need to have a license or buy a car.

2. Renting an apartment - A studio apartment in SF cost from $1800 to $2500 a month. These apartments typically requires renters to have credit score or some sort of guarantor in order to sign a lease for a year, the initial move in fees for such apartments includes first month's rent and deposit equivalent to he first month rent. 3. Renting a room or apartment through Airbnb.
Airbnbs are expensive in SF, however it might be a good option for temporary stays.

5. Remember to have some money set aside for a security deposit. Most places will require a security deposit and 1st month's rent at the start (eg $1000 deposit + $1000 rent). Transportation
There are different options of commuting.
Uberpool - Uberpool is the cheaper option for Uber. Sometimes if it is too late to walk home, getting an Uber is a very safe option.
