Placement Remarks

Rate of Pay:

Restaurant Host - 16 per hour

Outlet Server - 2.50 per hour + tips

Front Desk Agent and Controller - 16 per hour

Operations Supervisor - 18 per hour

Benefits:

14 days of complimentary accommodations provided

Airport pickup provided

Normal professional uniform required (suits, pants, skirts)

PTO is not provided, but vacations are allowed

There is an employee breakroom. There is no lunch option on property, but there is breakfast and dinner. Employees receive 50% discount on certain meals

 

Salary

$2.50 per hour + tips - $18.00 per hour

Requirements

Eligibility criteria for our Career USA programs:

•⁠  ⁠You are enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry OR have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA) OR have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA)

Housing: Housing in Atlanta is extremely varied, with prices very dependent on which neighborhood you are living in. It is recommended that candidates actually go visit apartments in person before they decide to pay for one. Climates: Atlanta has a humid subtropical climate with four distinct seasons and generous precipitation year-round, typical for the inland South. Summers are hot and humid, with temperatures somewhat moderated by the city's elevation. Winters are cool but variable, with an average of 48 freezing days per year and temperatures dropping to 0 °F (17.8 °C) on rare occasions. July averages 80.2 °F (26.8 °C), with high temperatures reaching 90 °F (32 °C) on an average 44 days per year, though 100 °F (38 °C) readings are not seen most years. January averages 43.5 °F (6.4 °C), Lows at or below freezing can be expected 40 nights annually, but extended stretches with daily high temperatures below 40 °F (4 °C) are very rare.
