Are you a passionate culinary professional eager to expand your skills in a dynamic, high-end kitchen? We're seeking a talented J-1 cook ready to train across multiple stations, including Banquets, Garde Manger, Meat/Grill Hot Line, and Sauté.

This is a unique opportunity to:

Benefits:
Uniforms are offered. 

Upon arrival at the Asheville Airport, please take an Uber or taxi to the hotel. The hotel will provide up to 14 days of accommodations on site. All other expenses are your responsibility.

If in the kitchen, bring your own knives and nonslip shoes.

No paid time off is offered during the 12 months.

Meals are provided on-site.

Salary

$19.00 per hour

Requirements

Eligibility criteria for our Career USA programs:

- You are enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry OR have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA) OR have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA)

- You have shown consistent career growth over the last years

- You have shown serious commitment to your most recent employers
