Cultivate your culinary skills at Auberge Resorts' newest resort located in Fort Worth, TX! Train as a demi chef in banquets, grade manger, and meat/grill (hotline) before transitioning to restaurant chef de partie!
On your time off, visit the Fort Worth Zoo, the Water Gardens, the Texas Motor Speedway, or stop by numerous museums in the area!
Placement Remarks
Salary:
Demi Chef: $17/hr
Chef de Partie: $21/hr
Benefits:
A free meal is provided per shift.
Vacation time/PTO will be accrued.
14 days of complimentary room and tax is provided.
Housing is offered. Rent is around $424 every two weeks. Housing is about a mile from the property. The housing is a two-bed/two-bath apartment with a shared living room and kitchen. It also has laundry inside the unit.
Having a car is preferable but not required.
It's recommended that candidates fly into the Dallas Fort Worth Airport.

Requirements
Eligibility criteria for our Career USA programs:
- You are enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry OR have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA) OR have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA)
- You have shown consistent career growth over the last years
- You have shown serious commitment to your most recent employers

If you decide to live further, it is your own responsibility to get a car/car insurance and/or bike. We strongly encourage you to bring enough money with you if purchasing a car; about $2000/3000.
