They opened in October 2022! Rotate through the farm-to-table Kitchen as a Demi Chef in the Garde Manger and Entremetier stations before training as a Chef de Partie!
On your days off, take time to explore Upstate New York or take a short trip down to NYC!

Benefits:
A uniform will be offered. Bring your own non-slip shoes and knives.
Complimentary two meals per day in the employee break room is offered.
It is recommended that you fly into JFK or LGA.
Staff housing is offered with double occupancy with shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. Cost per week is $125 which will be withdrawal from your paycheck. A deposit may be required.
There is public transportation to and from the city via train. ideally if you want to travel off property, we highly suggest obtaining a car.

Eligibility criteria for our Career USA programs:
• You are enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry OR have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA) OR have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA)
• You have shown consistent career growth over the last years
• You have shown serious commitment to your most recent employers

Arguably the most famous city in America, if not the world, New York, New York is an unrelenting veritable hive of activity within in 90 miles from the valley. With things to do for literally every kind of taste and style you could imagine, New York has something for anyone and everyone! From five-star restaurants to dive bars, the diversity of New York City and the people who live there cannot be overstated. New York is a melting pot of world cultures, with communities from all around the world. From Chinatown to Little Italy, the diversity of cultures from one block of the city to another is astounding. Far be it for us to say that New York is only a cultural hub, it’s also one of the greatest commercial areas in the world for shopping, dining, and entertainment! With world famous places to see like The Empire State Building, Central Park and Times Square, New York is never short of places to go and things to do! Transportation:
To get to the Hudson Valley, you can get there by means of a train whether it be Amtrak, Metro-North, or New Jersey Transit. If you travel by car it can vary from which location, you come from. The bus is available as well if you want a direct drop-off. There is no public transportation. It is best you arrive with your International Driver's license and be prepared to purchase a car if you want to leave the property. If you wish to purchase a car you need to have access to at least $5000 to spend and be prepared to insure your car for aprox. $150 per month.

Climate:
The climate of New York State is generally humid continental, while the extreme southeastern portion of the state (New York City area) lies in the warm temperate climate zone. Winter temperatures average below freezing during January and February in much of New York State, but several degrees above freezing along the Atlantic coastline, including New York City.
