A Luxury 4* Resort in Arizona is looking for an amazing candidate to train as Spa Reservations Agent, Spa Coordinator, and Spa Lead Spa Coordinator! Train at a fabulous resort in sunny Sedona!

Placement Remarks
Salary: $17.50 / hour
The Spa Coordinator is part of the gratuity pool and the Spa Reservations Coordinator will be part of the gratuity pool and be able to earn commission on reservations booked.
Benefits:
A complimentary uniform and staff meal is provided.
After completing 90 days of employment, employees accrue vacation and sick days for every regular hour worked for up to 12 days/year.
Affordable employee housing with transportation is available upon arrival however advance reservation must be arranged with employer as soon as job offer is arranged. Candidates may seek other housing after arrival with 2 weeks’ notice to employer.
Please book arrival prior to noon on a weekday to ensure candidate will make it to the resort before 5PM.

Eligibility criteria for our Career USA programs:
• You are enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry OR have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA) OR have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA)
• You have shown consistent career growth over the last years
• You have shown serious commitment to your most recent employers

Enchantment Resort, offers sophisticated rooms with Southwestern decor feature outdoor decks with views of the red-rock mountains. There are 2 restaurants, a tapas bar and a cafe, plus indoor and outdoor pools, 5 tennis courts, a 5 * spa Mii Amo, golf course and hiking trails.
Nearby Sedona is surrounded by red-rock buttes, steep canyon walls and pine forests. It’s noted for its mild climate and vibrant arts community. Uptown Sedona is dense with New Age shops, spas and art galleries. On the town’s outskirts, numerous trailheads access Red Rock State Park, which offers bird-watching, hiking and picnicking.
Located two hours north of Phoenix, 3 hours south of world renown Grand Canyon (one of the 7 natural wonders of the world) 5 hours from Las Vegas and 30 miles south of the Flagstaff peaks, Sedona’s high desert terrain assures good year-round weather for vacationers and outdoor enthusiasts. Oak Creek Canyon, a spectacular 16-mile gorge with streams and waterfalls between sheer rock walls, beckons hikers and nature lovers. It has been termed by Rand McNally as one of the eight most scenic drives in America.
Housing: Employer offers interns and trainees private bedrooms in 2 bedroom furnished co-ed apartments in Clarkdale, 25 miles from work site. (Shuttle available) Utilities and wifi included, Must provide own phone. There are two options for housing: 1. Having their own room which would be 210 per paycheck. 2. Sharing a room which would be 105 per paycheck. Deposit of $250 is also deducted from paycheck. $100 is non refundable.
Candidates are not required to live in employee housing though it is far less expensive than other local housing rentals in nearby towns of Clarkdale, Sedona and Cottonwood which are not usually furnished and would likely require purchase of car. We suggest candidates stay in employee housing to start their internship while considering other options. Cottonwood is suggested as most affordable housing near resort and a local shuttle runs to the resort daily.
Transportation: Employee housing is 25 miles from work site. Free employee shuttle available from housing to work site. A bike (or moped) is recommended for local transportation near housing. Car rentals are available for out of town excursions. Although not required, purchase of a reliable used car will cost approximately $3000. Insurance, gas and maintenance is estimated at estimated at $250/month.
Phoenix International Airport is closest airport. Transportation from airport to employer via shuttle bus must be arranged in advance. Ace Xpress Shuttle is recommended as they are the least expensive and will come directly to the resort. Advanced reservations are recommended by calling 1-800-336 ACEX once you have booked your flight. It will cost $55 one way.
