As a cook, I was able to learn a lot. I worked with ingredients that I hadn’t known before, learned new techniques, and worked as part of a team. The work environment was great; people were always friendly and helped me a lot throughout my program, and I am grateful for that. Being in the United States was a unique experience. I was able to improve my cooking skills, enhance my English, and meet people from different countries.

I want to say thanks to the HRC International team for all the work they did to make the goals of those of us who wanted to learn, improve, and progress in the hotel industry come true!
