I have learned a lot here, worked with and met celebrity chefs, collaborated with other successful restaurants, and created a strong network. I believe I have made lifelong connections. I suppose my efforts were seen. Soon, I am relocating to Hong Kong. I very much believe I have found a company that shares similar values to mine. I think this is the most important part that made me pursue a further career within the group. Transferring to the 2 Michelin Starred Amber Restaurant in the Landmark property as a Department Head is very exciting indeed!
