Esther’s strong foundation in the Hospitality Industry stems from global work opportunities in the US, Europe, and Africa, which have provided her with multicultural experiences in leadership and people skills. Her passion for serving people led her to pursue a Hospitality Management education to gain professional knowledge and become a difference-maker in the industry. Esther believes in the fundamental principle that being warm and kind to everyone is the key to making great connections. You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great!
Her goal is to guide and support upcoming hospitality students and professionals in finding their paths by joining hospitality jobs that will shape the start of their exciting careers. When not working, Esther enjoys traveling to discover new destinations and learn about different cultures, as well as engaging in outdoor activities.
