Chef Carlos Sosa studied in one of Mexico’s most renowned Culinary Schools. After graduation, he dedicated over 13 years to exploring the world and the different cuisines while working abroad in different scenarios, from cruise ships to Relais Chateaux. These experiences helped him broaden his skills and way to appreciate the world.
In recent years he has developed a passion for recruitment. He believes in sharing the opportunity with talented young professionals to reach their dreams and thrive in a world full of possibilities.
