Your Reputation is Protected

As you graduate your best students, we know it is critical that they have opportunities for placement among the most reputable hotels and chains. The well-respected HRC placement ensures your graduates and students find the positions they seek. Our partners and employers want our candidates because they know they’ll not only find the skills they seek, but also the strong work ethic and sophistication needed to work among their clientele. We understand that when you send your students to us there are two reputations on the line and we take that responsibility seriously. We personally interview our candidates; ensure that they are prepared for their new job and a new culture, and that they are entering into a safe environment that gives them the world-class experience they need. Our U.S. office provides support to your students should they join one of our signature Career USA programs.

What you can count on:

  • HRC strives for long-term partnership with schools
  • We meet with students and schools around the world on a weekly basis
  • HRC founded its own school: the HRC Culinary Academy in Bulgaria, therefore, education and training is high on our list of priorities
  • We are trusted by schools. That is why numerous schools outsource their international internships to HRC. We have placed students and graduates of more than 1,000 schools worldwide.

We know you’ve gotten them on the right path. We just provide the road signs to that next critical stop.
